Ronin is located in the La Madalena neighbourhood, at Calle Torre, 2, Zaragoza (just off Coso Bajo). It operates as both a gastronomic association and a restaurant, so you must book ahead - often via WhatsApp or phone -since its small size means service is strictly by reservation.

The menu changes daily based on what the chef has available but common dishes include:

• Ramen (traditional broth made with chicken, pork, sometimes miso, curry, fish, or even lemon) prepared only on request, ideally with 2 days’ notice
• Tempura dishes: notably pulpo (octopus)
• Yakisoba with a lemon twist
• Skewers of waygu beef
• Crunchy chicken karaage

The atmosphere is extremely intimate - there are just a handful of tables and often you are the only diners. Cook-owner (Javier) interacts directly, explaining dishes and adjusting for allergies or preferences.

Usually diners share a number of different plates between them. The average price per diner is roughly €30–40.
