Description

Tucked away on Calle Duquesa de Villahermosa 42, in Zaragoza’s Delicias neighborhood, 22.2 Gradi brings Roman-style pizza al taglio (by the slice) to life with a creative, locally-inspired touch. Owned by Cristian Georgita, this modern spot has earned a well-deserved reputation thanks to its light, crunchy dough made with organic Italian flour and fermented for 48–72 hours — ideal for enjoying multiple slices without feeling heavy. Of course they also offer a wide variety of whole pizzas too.

The menu rotates seasonally with toppings like pumpkin, broccoli, peaches, or even black truffle. My personal favourite pizza is the Carbonara. To drink 22.2 Gradi has a small collection of craft beers as well as delicious Italian soft drinks.

If you are still hungry after your pizza there are lots of delicious desserts available including tiramisu and panna cotta.

The space is modern, bright, and clean, with a cozy terrace for sunny days. 22.2 Gradi featured in the Top 100 pizzerias in Spain by Madrid Fusión. Reviewers love the crunchy dough, fresh ingredients, and friendly, quick service. Prices are very reasonable, with a lunch costing around €15 and average checks are usually under €35 for dinner.
